I've had this antique doll up for 5 days. I had over 25 watchers. 3 days before it ended, it got a bid. By the time it ended there were 4 different bidders on it and it nearly doubled in price.
Of course, the one that won - registered that same day, actively outbid others, won, and has not paid.
I feel like ebay needs to give sellers an option to not accept bids from some bidders, you know like 0 feedback deadbeats.
I know damned well if I make an offer to the second bidder, this arsehole will suddenly pay on the 4th and final day and complain, but if I don't, I get to wait 4 days twiddling my thumbs and possibly get less for the doll when I am forced to relist it.
Also, yesterday a doll was delivered. Crickets yesterday. Today I get this:

I received the doll yesterday. In reviewing your on-line description, no mention was made of all the fingers on her left hand being broken off at an angle. I also reviewed the photos, and because of the way she is positioned, it just looks like some minor scuffing on the finger tips, not the extent of the damage actually there. I am contacting you prior to leaving feedback because I have been a seller as well. If you can offer some financial compensation for the damage I will not leave a negative feedback. Please let me know your decision. Thank you.

I want to say "Eat my whole ass, Judy, eat it
ALLLLLLLL" I like the nice touch how she squarely lays the entire blame on me with the "your on-line description" and "no mention was made".
In the description I say "Wear consistent with age" - the doll is over 100 years old. I also show the doll's fingertips very clearly in at least one photo, there is no funny angle - it shows the fucking fingers, ALL of them. There is paint missing off of the ends of the fingers on one hand, yes, but not actual damage. I was the asshole that PUT those fucking arms on, lady, because she was missing an arm when I bought her (the one that was left had ACTUAL damage - an index finger was missing totally). The arms in question came off of one of my other dolls. I am very familiar with what they looked like.
Customer service persona engage! I respond: "Please return the doll for a full refund"
Ol' MacAsshole had a farm, Judy. Now if you really ARE a seller, then you should know that once a negative is threatened to get a partial refund, then the negative that you leave will be removed because you made a threat.
I got my TRS designation last month. Not only will she have to wait a whole week to try and skewer me, but when she does, I will immediately have it removed using her own words against her. Joke's on you, bitch.
I wait patiently for her retarded reply and while waiting in line at Wally World pharmacy with my daughter. There it is. I could almost hear angels singing...LOL...I can't wait for her to leave that fuckin' feedback. You see, I knew she would keep it. I knew this because she was fishing for a discount. The verbiage is almost always identical when they pull this shit "YOU missed this" This is YOUR fault" and then they ask for "compensation" of some sort, because they are the poor, innocent "victim"- you monster, you!
Her reply:
Thank you, but I wish to keep her - I have already washed and ironed her clothes and re-strung her. I will just note my concerns in the feedback. Thank you for getting back to me.
Now if that doll was such a piece of shit that she complained and wanted a refund, then why, pray tell, would she spend time restringing it, and washing its clothes and shit? She had to know that one of the refund options was going to be to return it. I am willing to bet she hasn't done shit to it.
To top this mountain of utter bullshit off, yesterday ebay charged me $69.00 for an international label for a doll I sold last month. So, the 2 other dolls I sold did not cover that label fee and since we established that I am now dealing with a deadbeat, I was short $19 of the $69.00. They wasted no time trying to "restrict" my selling account over less than $20 that they HAVE FUCKING ACCESS TO! I have a card and a bank account on file - they used to never have trouble taking their money and tripping off an overdraft back before MP but now apparently they cant?! SMH.
